Founded in 1985, HR Answers is a consulting firm staffed by professionals with over 300 years experience in the human resources field, offering practical information and solutions to human resources issues. Clients contracting for HR Answers' services span all industries, operate in both profit and not-for-profit environments, employ as few as 10 and as many as 18,000 workers, and utilize the firm's consulting expertise in a variety of ways. HR Answers strives to provide services that supplement an organization's own resources. HR Answers can either provide services on a project basis or serve as the human resources department for organizations that do not have a formalized HR function established. Services and specialties include: compensation program design and support; benefit plan assessment; policy and procedure development; AAP and EEO/OFCCP compliance; human resources function audits; supervisory, managerial, and employee training; employee relations issues assistance; employment law compliance; performance management design and information; labor relations; and all types of organizational development and transition.
